Clutter Removal/Organizing — First visit 4 hours/$100, $20 each hour after.

For spaces that are really messy, we will declutter it; sort through everything; help you get rid of unwanted or unnecessary items; find a place to put things that your keeping; put everything in it’s place.

Once your room is clutter free, you have the option to move to space planning if you so desire.

Space Planning — $100 per hour

All rooms need to be functional; we live, read, dress, bathe, eat, sleep etc.  If the room doesn’t meet what it’s meant for, it won’t matter how beautiful it looks.

Ask yourself these questions:

  1. What is the main function of the room?
  2. How many people will use the room at a time?
  3. Will children use the room?
  4. Will pet’s use the room?
  5. What is the natural flow to the room?
  6. What are the storage requirements?
  7. Is the current lighting adequate?

Once we answer these questions the next step is to decide what furniture/storage/lighting/accessories will be needed.

With our e-design software we can easily set up a floor plan, place furniture, lighting, and accessories where they will work best. This will leave you with no surprises, and a beautiful functional room.

Shopping — $100 per hour

We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that function well with the room, and your home. We know where to go and even get “Discounts” on what we purchase for you.
