Clutter Removal/Organizing — First visit 4 hours/$100, $20 each hour after.
For spaces that are really messy, we will declutter it; sort through everything; help you get rid of unwanted or unnecessary items; find a place to put things that your keeping; put everything in it’s place.
Once your room is clutter free, you have the option to move to space planning if you so desire.
All rooms need to be functional; we live, read, dress, bathe, eat, sleep etc. If the room doesn’t meet what it’s meant for, it won’t matter how beautiful it looks.
Ask yourself these questions:
- What is the main function of the room?
- How many people will use the room at a time?
- Will children use the room?
- Will pet’s use the room?
- What is the natural flow to the room?
- What are the storage requirements?
- Is the current lighting adequate?
Once we answer these questions the next step is to decide what furniture/storage/lighting/accessories will be needed.
With our e-design software we can easily set up a floor plan, place furniture, lighting, and accessories where they will work best. This will leave you with no surprises, and a beautiful functional room.
Shopping — $100 per hour
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that function well with the room, and your home. We know where to go and even get “Discounts” on what we purchase for you.
